Step 1 Launch & Register AudFree Audio Converter on PC / Mac

Please make sure you have downloaded AudFree Audio Converter on your PC or Mac already. Once installed, you can click the software icon to open it and will be launched automatically.

Then click the menu bar > 'Register' to input your license key to make it a full version. Please don't leave any space before or after the reg code as the registration is case sensitive.

Note: For Mac user, when you launch AudFree Audio Converter for Mac, the Music app will be opened at the same time when you are using macOS 10.15 or above.

Step 2 Import Apple Music or Audible AA/AAX Audiobooks

Upon launching AudFree Audio Converter, the iTunes app or Music app will be loaded simultaneously. After that, you can go to your computer hard drive to locate the audio files, such as songs, and audiobooks and then drag the tracks you need to convert to the conversion window of AudFree Audio Converter.

You can also use the 'Add' buttons in the bottom left corner to import the audios if you like. To add Apple Music, or Audible files, simply click the first button. Otherwise, you should click the second button to add the common audios. As it supports batch conversion, you can add multiple files to convert once.

Note: If you are trying to convert protected songs, make sure you've already authorized your computer with the correct iTunes account, Apple Music and Audible books are downloaded to your local computer in advance and they could play well. Or it won't work properly.

Step 3 Customize Output Format and Other Preferences

Once the files are added into AudFree Audio Converter, simply click the first 'Audio' button from the bottom right corner to choose the output format you need to convert the audios to, including MP3, M4A, AAC, FLAC, WAV and M4B. You are also provided with the options to define the audio properties, such as codec, channel, sample rate, bit rate, etc.

By clicking the 'Edit' icon, you'll be directed to the window where you can edit the ID3 tags of the music as well as split the large Audible audiobooks into small segments by chapters or fixed time intervals.

Tips: If you are converting AA or AAX audiobooks, you can save the output audios in lossless quality by checking the option of 'Keep lossless quality.'
