If you got registration error, you may probably entered the wrong license info when registering AudFree. In this case, we'd suggest you check it again and confirm you've put the correct reg name and code. And since it's case sensitive, please don't leave any space before and after the license. If you keep getting the error message, please send us the screenshot for further analysis.
1. For Windows users, please simply click the menu bar at the upper right corner and then select 'Register'. In the popup window, copy and paste the reg email and code to activate the trial version to full version.
2. For Mac users, click on the software main screen and navigate to computer menu bar, select 'Register'. Then fulfill the box with your license email and key to make it a full version.
If your program was bought under yearly license, please make sure it's not expired yet. If it's still within the validity, please register it again. If that doesn't fix the error, please send your problem to our support team for analysis.
If you updated or downgraded your computer system to the new version, and need to register the program on it with your original license, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll reset the registration for you so that you can register it again.
Sorry to say that the single-user license can work on one computer only. If you'd like to use our software on a new computer or more computers, please purchase the family package of our software.

You can contact our support team to switch the license between the different operating systems for free within one week after you purchased it. Otherwise, you have to buy a new license key for your computer running a different OS.
