Spotify account suspended suddenly? This is frustrating, especially if you rely on it for daily music listening, playlist management, etc. But the good news is that you can successfully recover your Spotify Free or Premium account simply by following the correct steps. This guide will show you how to quickly regain access.
How to Retain Your Suspended Spotify Account
Step 1. Visit Spotify Disabled Account webpage, scroll down the page, and click 'contact us' under the 'How do I get my account back?' section.

Or, as your Spotify account is suspended, you may have received a notification email. So, you can check the email and click the 'please reach out to Customer Service' text link.
Step 2. In the new page, click the 'Start messaging' button to begin your appeal.

Step 3. Later, you can find the AI bot chat window on the screen. Now, you can type and send your request, like 'I received a message that my Spotify account was blocked. I don't know why. Please help me get it back', etc. Then follow the AI bot's auto reply to locate your Spotify account.

Step 4. Next, type and send 'Yes' in the chat box when you receive a message which asks to be in compliance with Spotify Terms and Conditions.
After that, once Spotify confirmed your compliance, it will grant access back to your account again. In many cases, you will receive an unblocking email from Spotify within the next 24-72 hours. Then your Spotify account is recovered and you can try to log in to enjoy your Spotify music now.
For security reasons, you may need to reset your password before you can resume normal streaming services. Please create a strong password.
Besides, it is highly recommended to backup your Spotify music library at once after getting back your Spotify account. By doing this, you will keep a record of your created playlists and saved music if your account is ever suspended or lost again.
If your account has been suspended while using third-party tools alongside Spotify, we strongly recommend that you use a secondary or alternate account for this tool in the future. Doing so will help prevent your primary account from encountering further issues or being banned again.
